One round consists of 3 slices of assorted bread with a double serve of our gourmet fillings. We cut the crusts off, and cut into 3 generous ribbons. We recommend 1.5 rounds per person. Fillings include:
Egg – Hardboiled egg with mayonnaise and mixed lettuce
Salad- tomato, cucumber, red onion, mixed lettuce, cream cheese and hommus

Roasted veg I- Black olive tapenade, roasted capsicum and pumpkin, fetta and rocket
Roasted veg II- Roasted pumpkin and zucchini, caramelized onion, mayonnaise and rocket
Tuna- Chunk tuna with dill, capers, red onion, rocket and mayonnaise
Chicken – Roasted chicken breast with lemon zest, continental parsley, celery and mayonnaise
Chicken Schnitz – House crumbed chicken breast, swiss cheese, mayonnaise and cos lettuce
Cajun Chicken- Roasted chicken breast with mayonnaise, cajun spices, grated carrot and spinach
Tandoori Chicken- Tandoori chicken, mango chutney, cucumber, spinach, mayo
Turkey cranberry – Shaved turkey, cranberry jelly, swiss cheese, mayonnaise and spring onion
Ham – Double smoked ham, tasty cheese, tomato, mayonnaise and mustard pickle
Ploughmans ham – Double smoked ham, tasty cheese, caramelized onion, rocket and mayonnaise
